Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted and unique. Due to the nature of handmade products, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur, which adds to the individuality of the piece and should not be considered a defect.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, descriptions, and images before making a purchase. All images shown on our website represent the actual product as closely as possible.

We do not provide refunds or store credit once an order is successfully delivered.

Damages or Issues

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
