1. Are your jewelry pieces handmade?

Yes! Every piece at Solmist Muse is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items. Please review all product details before placing your order.

3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

5. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we proudly deliver across India. During peak seasons or for remote areas, slight delays may occur.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are only processed in rare situations (damaged product, incorrect item, duplicate payment, or timely cancellation). If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
