2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items. Please review all product details before placing your order.
3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos.

4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.
